No ringer on inbound call Polycom VX101

On occasions calls came inbound and hit the phone in question either directly or via hunt group the ringer was not sounding. However after making an outbound call from the handset and then trying to call in straight after it worked okay.

We identified a problem using wireshark (Please ask us to run a trace if you are having problems) and noticed that there was no response from the VVX101

"In the web portal of the Polycom VVX101 handset change the settings as sated below.

Settings>Network>NAT>signaling port 5060 & Keep-alive interval 30sec."
